The wildlife and nature zones are declining and animals have nowhere to go. The trees are being cut down everywhere, fires are everywhere, floods are everywhere. What is going on with our governments?

I have seen the massive loss of our precious shoreline habitats due to housing developments. We don’t have a housing crisis we have a people crisis. Stop spreading out and start building more smart by eco designed tower blocks. Go up, not out. You know it can be done. The wildlife and nature zones are declining and animals have nowhere to go. The trees are being cut down everywhere, fires are everywhere, floods are everywhere. What is going on with our governments? Nobody is doing anything. When will they start to listen? Human extinction is predicted to be 2097 but it’s getting closer and the ride along the way will be terrifying. Is this what they want for future generations? DO SOMETHING NOW!!!

I moved to wingham from Sydney 6 years ago in that time we have experienced fire drought and flood in this are. I knew people whose houses burnt down snd one woman whose sister died in the fires. My daughter’s house flooded and as animal carers with FAWNA we’ve seen the effects on wild life as well. I was already very concerned about the climate and ecology and extinction but much more aware of it now. I am involved with knitting nannas extinction rebellion and blockade Australia because I feel I have to do what I can.
People all across Australia are being harmed by climate change. These are some of their stories.
