I’ve been through cyclones, dust storms, heat waves, cold snaps, bush fires, droughts, floods with devastation to our ecosystem and wild life and human life.
Sydney, NSW
I am born Australian lived all around Australia. Seen a very pronounced seasonal Victoria only three decades ago. Now it’s more humid in Victoria. Living on a sail boat out East coast of Australia seen many islands full of rubbish from the surges. Also on the main land beaches. Our coral reefs bleached from to much traffic.
I’ve been through cyclones, dust storms, heat waves, cold snaps, bush fires, droughts, floods with devastation to our ecosystem and wild life and human life’s. I see less Australian wild life. Way to much international farming and mining with no respect to protect our Australian environment. Our fresh water inland rivers are damaged from to much water dammed up north for our water to flow. Also the mining and fracking poison our water ways advancing global warming. I have seen farmers plant trees on the surrounding fence lines helps stop aeration and give shelter for live stock. Australia is an ancient fragile dry land scape. I have seen fresh water whole declining in water levels. The sea shoreside gradually disappear. Seen Australian National Parks sold with all the trees cut down and towns established. They are the post to be protected for our future generations life.
